Religious organisations as a litmus test for true leadership

Lenny has recently had published a chapter in “Reimagining Faith and Management: The Impact of Faith in the Workplace” published by Routledge. The chapter he was invited to write is entitled “Religious organisations as a litmus test for true leadership”.  The intention was to find chapter authors who have a PhD with experience as a university professor, practicing clergy and also MBA with executive management experience - Lenny has all 3.  The chapter includes an historic review of all literature on the topic of leadership and opens up some rather surprising and very significant new directions that have never been covered in the formal academic literature on leadership before. In this session, Lenny will speak in conversation with Paul Wilton.
